As a rapidly scaling social enterprise, we are seeking a highly skilled marketing/creative professional with a proven track record of success in leading client facing B2B partnerships & account management teams. The role of Associate Director - Brand Partnerships will co-lead our key account management teams in Europe & India for innovative client success & client engagement campaigns, partnerships and client retention.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic development plans to increase customer engagement, retention, and growth. Your role will play a crucial part in strengthening rePurpose Global's position as a leading sustainability solutions provider of verified plastic removal [VPR] for the consumer packaged goods (CPG & FMCG) industry in Europe. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a team of senior managers, managers and associates ensuring efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and identifying career progression opportunities for each team member. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive results and achieve our business objectives. Your Responsibilities
