Business Development Manager Overview

As a rapidly growing, VC-backed social enterprise, we are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for driving the revenue growth of rePurpose Global by closing deals with new clients. Strategize, and cement rePurpose Global as a leading sustainability solutions provider for the CPG industry.

This is a pivotal role at rePurpose Global, as you will join a growing team of Business Development Managers and Associates and will report to the Director of Business Partnerships. You would also be working directly with - our CEO, Svanika Balasubramanian to rapidly build our brand as a powerful, global community-led movement for planetary change that every business wants to associate itself with.

Your Responsibilities

<aside> 1️⃣ Closing deals with new clients, driving significant revenue & profit growth:

• Driving the sales process and negotiations up until signature of contract
• Managing its own sales pipeline pursuing leads and moving them through the sales process
• Representing and promoting rPG at external events and workshops
• Reporting to Senior Director of BP on results, progress, KPIs (our CRM is Hubspot)
