As a rapidly growing, VC-backed social enterprise, we are seeking a full-time Head of People to help identify, attract, evaluate, and onboard an all-star team as well as help build a platform for structured organizational development. In this capacity, you will build rePurpose Global's crucial connective tissue by helping fill openings across every team in the organization, ranging from business development to sustainability to growth marketing. You will be working closely with the Co-Founders and Human Capital Team, coordinating with team members in all departments to deliver on your objectives.
