As a rapidly growing, VC-backed social enterprise, we are seeking a full-time People Operations Lead to help identify, attract, evaluate, onboard, reward and retain an all-star team as well as help build a platform for structured organizational development. In this capacity, you will build rePurpose Global's crucial connective tissue by shaping organizational design and strategy, leading talent management initiatives, and driving a culture of high performance, urgency and engagement. You will be working closely with the Co-Founders and leadership team, coordinating with and coaching and developing team members in all departments to deliver on your objectives.

You have exceptional interpersonal skills and previous experience with scaling up the People function globally across talent acquisition, people operations, and culture management in a high-growth startup right from seed to series rounds. You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, and are motivated to disrupt the way hiring and people operations is conventionally undertaken. You have, over the years, successfully built a strong industry network that you can leverage.
On top of that, you’re amazing at prioritization. You make sure you’re not spread too thin while also giving teams the support they need. You spend your time on the things that make a positive difference.
